also know as Bloborama
Bloborama is a series of comics by me which pictate the life and times of more or less random stick figures. Most of the comics are just one panel with a tagline.
Not all of these are supposed to be funny and some may be of a very serious nature.
So far everything has been drawn digitally using just the simplest of paint programs and a mouse. Everything started out of some pencil sketches which evolved into digitally drawn pictures I started using as avatars in various places, and the core style has been refined somewhat from the very first panels.
I call my drawing style of such a character "Pallomaha" (of which "Pallomahat" is a plural form) which means "ball belly" since they are not genuine stickmen. In English I refer to the style as Bloborama. The style itself is simple and drawn with thick lines, but occasionally pixel-perfect detail can be seen aswell. The idea is that the images can be resized down and will still be recongiseable despite the lost detail of the thinner lines.
Most of the characters are just random people off the street but there are a few recurring personalities with a unique look to each. Recurring characters I have so far created are Paavo with his trusty rifle and a leather cap and the high-voltage ninja (pending an Englishiation of the Finnish name) with his electric current problems.
In as chronological an order as I can put them in, here you go, oldest first.

"Kumiveneeni tulvii!"
Translates to "My rubber boat is flooding!"

Big Blue Phone
Derieved from the AGS website address, a lot of big blue items started appearing at a certain point of my life, some of which ended up on these drawings.

Big Blue Whisky
I was given a whisky bottle for present, and it resulted in some extra inspiration to draw, it seems.

End, mortality, destruction, corruption
An illustration of a Tarot card.

"Misä Halonen o?"
A reference to a Finnish movie where an overworked, exhausted script writer looks for her co-worker through a pair of bagels.

"Anna sen dynyn jo olla"
Translates "Leave the dynamite alone already." Inspired by material included on the Madagascar DVD.

Black Swan
I... well, drew a swan, that is infact black.

Independence Day avatar barricaded in
I drew a simple avatar for myself for Finland's Independence Day to use on the AGS forums, but it barricaded in for a few extra weeks...

Salakuljettaja
Reference to an episode of the Finnish G. Pula-aho radio play from years ago, where parrot G. Pula-aho recounted his experiences as he had set up shop in a smuggler's hat, and at one point started smoking in there.

Hyvin heitetty
My grenade throwing skills from tactical shooter games such as the Rainbow Six series illustrated. Says "Good throw."

If you fall, I'll catch...
The original idea for this one is old, but the drawing is new. Basically illustrated the results of pondering some Sonata Arctica song lyrics on the way back after a tiring school field trip.

Korkeajänniteninja
A ninja with a high-voltage current running through his hands for some unknown reason.

"Excuse me your honour, but where's the end of your gavel?"
This can only be explaied by a clip of Whose Line is it Anyway?

Vilken dynamit?

"Anteeksi neiti Harris, mutta minun pöydässäni näyttäisi olevan jotain vikaa..."
If you weren't there, you won't get it.

Somebody put somebody in my drink...
You know the Ramones song? The little alteration is just a product of my imagination.

"Hast du ein Rad ab?"
Illustrated the German variant of the phrase "Do you have a screw loose?"

"I was a bit late applying the brakes..."
Whoever spots where the quote is from gets a... well, we'll discuss that if so happens.
